Weight Loss Progress Week 1

I’ve been eating FlavourSmash style for one week now and I can truly say that I’ve created some of the most wonderful dishes, all packed with flavour and healthy goodness. I feel great, not like I’m on a diet at all.

In fact, the best way to think about this is to not think of it as a diet in a restrictive way, it’s a new way of life. One that ensures you get plenty of vitamins and minerals and doesn’t dictate what you can and can’t eat.

When I started this diet, I weighed 13st 13lbs, I weighed myself today and I weighed13st 11lbs. That’s 2lbs in the first week. Not bad, after all I’ve not increased my levels of exercise at all. I have been out drinking twice, each time keeping to lower calorie booze like dry white wine and gin & slimline tonic. I have also noticed that after a night drinking my hangover has been considerably less severe than it usually is.
