Salt and Pepper Savoy Cabbage

If you need a crunchy and healthy snack you can do a lot worse than this. Savoy cabbage is a champion amongst vegetables in my view. Peel off the outer layers of the cabbage then cut into quarters. On each quarter make a diagonal slice at the base to cut out the thick core, then slice through each piece to create crunchy strips of cabbage. Fill a bowl with this stuff and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt and a massive FlavourSmash crack of black pepper. Eat as a crisp and healthy nibble out of the bowl with a glass of wine. I find this every bit as satisfying as bag of kettle chips and it must be at least 1,000 times better for you. Trust me on this one.
