Weight Loss Progress Week 3

I’ve got some great posts to add this week including my breakthrough recipe for ultra low fat fried chicken that tastes about 95% as good as KFC and contains at most 10% of the fat. I can’t believe it, it’s a revelation!

Anyway on with the weight loss. This week on the scales I was down to 13st 5lbs! Another amazing result! I’ve been making sure I have no beer and low carbs and eating just so many delicious tasty recipes that I do not feel like I am on a diet at all! I feel so positive about the whole thing.

I did enjoy myself over the Easter weekend, particularly with a massive roast dinner with a wonderful leg of pork. That has given me the idea for the quest to create the ultimate FlavourSmash roast dinner alternative. I used sweet potatoes roast with no fat, and steamed vegetables and a fat and virtually carb free onion gravy. I’ll do a few more experiments over the coming weeks and post the final result.
