Weight Loss Progress Week 4

Yet more weight loss. On Wednesday this week (new official weight in day) I got on the scales and it read 13st 2lbs, that’s another 3lbs since last weight in, just over a week ago. I really thought I wouldn’t have lost as much this week. There was a quantity of beer and pizza consumed during the weekend and the process of Curry and Fried Chicken experimentation had led to over indulgence in the name of research. Nevertheless, the weight is still coming off. I also noted a loosening of my trousers this morning, great feeling!
