The FlavourSmash Ethos

It’s all about flavour. Intense exciting and invigorating flavour. When you eat something delicious, you feel good. The problem with food culture is that we’ve realised that fat building food like pizza, burgers, fried chicken and chocolate taste good and make you feel good when you eat them. This has been exploited by consumerist society to make sure we all eat as much of this as possible, so the food companies can make money. They know you love it, and push it on you at every street corner, the temptation to eat this stuff is everywhere. This is why there is an obesity problem and everyone wants to get away from it.

FlavourSmash is a proposed way of changing your eating habits, a way that gives you as much satisfaction as eating that rubbish we all love. Flavour in itself is satisfying, but does not have to be associated with fat building foods. You can load a ton of flavour in fat burning foods. I’ve condensed the ethos of FlavourSmash into a few key points so you can get your head around it.

I am in no way claiming to be an expert in nutrition, but I do know what tastes good and what is healthy. This is a health and weight loss experiment, I’ve been doing this for a week now, and I feel on top of the world. I have cooked the most fantastic and nutritious meals. All you need is a bit creativity in the kitchen and an appetite. The feeling is amazing.
